About the Role

As a Buyer, you'll take ownership of sales, margin targets and supplier relationships. You'll negotiate trading terms, develop innovative ranges, including own brand and create customer-driven strategies that set us apart from competitors.

We can offer hybrid working (three days in the office) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Developing and implementing category strategies to drive sales and profit
• Building strong relationships with domestic and global suppliers, working closely with our Hong Kong sourcing office
• Managing branded, license and own-brand product ranges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Merchandise planning, Visual Merchandising and Marketing

About You

• Experience in a buying role, ideally from Fashion or Home background. Pets experience is not necessary, but would be a benefit.
• Proven ability to develop own-brand ranges and negotiate supplier terms
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for products
• Ability to work across both digital and in-store retail channels
