About Us
We’re all for pets, and what we do matters for pet owners across the UK. This is more than a business, it’s a responsibility. It’s a promise and commitment we make each day to provide excellent care for each pet that comes through our door.
Every colleague has a part to play to ensure that we deliver on this commitment every day. Our love and understanding of pets led us to develop our long-term goal to improve the life of every pet in the UK.
This covers not only the pets in our care and the pets of the 10m plus active consumers that buy our products and services, but also the pets that we can help through our charity work and through educating and advocating for change in society and the wider pet care and veterinary industry.
We’re a nation mad about pets, and we go to any lengths to keep them happy and healthy. It’s a love with no bounds and no boundaries.
