About You
You’re highly organised and thrive in an administrative or coordination role, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at pace. You have strong attention to detail and take pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly, even when there are lots of moving parts and priorities can change quickly. You’re adaptable and able to respond positively to shifting demands, keeping things on track while maintaining a high standard of work.
You’re a confident communicator with good written skills, able to create clear and engaging content, and you’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and a range of digital platforms. You enjoy working collaboratively and build positive relationships with others, bringing a supportive and proactive approach to your work.
Experience in communications, engagement, events or campaigns would be beneficial but isn’t essential. Similarly, any experience of creating or managing content, supporting events or campaigns, or using survey and feedback tools would be an advantage. Most importantly, you bring a strong organisational mindset, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for creating a positive colleague experience.
