Location: Handforth (Hybrid – 2 days in office, usually Tuesday and Wednesday)

Contract: 12 months FTC 

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Creative Services Manager to join our Brand and Creative team. If you’re a strategic thinker and have a flair for turning insights into impactful brand and campaign briefs, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our brand vision, our internal stakeholders, and the creative department. You’ll lead on the development of compelling creative briefs, manage our stakeholder relationships across Vets and Pets and ensure our creative output is not only beautiful but effective. We require someone who is super personable, organised and able to work autonomy to help us produce outstanding creative work that will make commercial impact.   

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with, and manage relationships, across external and internal teams, including freelance, marketing, creative, CRM, online and production to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable creative and design briefs
• Manage project budgets and POs with precision
• Attend and optimise creative briefings to produce insight-driven campaigns
• Inspire and support teams and creatives to produce their best work
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh thinking to the table

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in a brand, account management, or strategy role within a creative agency or fast paced marketing team
• Strong understanding of creative processes and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• A passion for branding, creativity, storytelling, and design
• A collaborative, positive, can-do attitude—and a love for pets is a big plus!
