About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Property, the Group Property Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Property team, helping to ensure the effective management of Pets at Home's retail and veterinary property portfolio.
This is a heavily administration-focused role, acting as the first point of contact for property-related enquiries from across the estate. You'll also support Asset Managers with estate management activities, including repair obligations, car parking matters, landlord compliance and lease-related administration. This role offers excellent exposure to commercial property and would suit someone looking to build a career in property, estates management, lease administration or asset management.

- Monitor property-related costs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, managing agents, surveyors and external advisers.
- Work closely with Facilities, Legal, Finance, Retail and Veterinary teams to support operational requirements.
- Escalate significant property issues and risks where appropriate.
About You
