You’ll be working across SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools and evolving reporting dashboards, helping shape a self‑serve data culture across IT.

What you’ll be doing

Financial Governance & Process

  • Maintain and update financial templates, SAP guides, and documentation.
  • Support the onboarding of new IT colleagues with SAP training.
  • Champion consistent financial governance and look for ways to streamline, simplify and strengthen our processes.
  • Keep SAP data accurate and complete, including routine housekeeping.

Invoice & Purchase Order management

  • Manage the IT invoicing inbox, ensuring accurate goods receipting and timely payment.
  • Resolve invoice queries by partnering with Accounts Payable, IT contract owners and project teams.

Reporting & Data Insight

  • Run spend reports to support IT financial reporting.
  • Take ownership of improving reporting tools, helping us move toward intuitive, self‑serve dashboards.
  • Use your analytical mindset to spot trends, highlight risks and provide meaningful insights.

Project support

  • Assist project managers with funding request submissions and approvals.
  • Track project spend, update project trackers and ensure budgets are monitored effectively.

About you

  • Genuinely enjoy working with data, numbers and financial information.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Love identifying patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Can confidently communicate with colleagues to resolve queries and share insights.
  • Have SAP or financial systems experience (essential).
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Are a proactive self‑starter who enjoys learning new systems and tools.
  • Bonus: experience with Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools.
