Abou the Role
The Product Analyst plays a pivotal part in our Omnichannel Product team, ensuring every decision we make is grounded in robust insight and delivers meaningful value for customers and the business.
Working together with the Director of Omnichannel Product, Head of UX, Product Owners and cross-functional squads, you will transform data, research and industry intelligence into clear recommendations that shape our product roadmap, optimise customer journeys and unlock commercial growth across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Turn complex data into clear insights that guide product decisions.
- Analyse customer behaviour and funnel performance to identify friction and opportunities.
- Build and maintain segmentation models to deepen understanding of customer needs.
- Track competitor and market trends to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Provide evidence‑based recommendations that shape product roadmaps.
- Define KPIs and success measures with Product Owners.
- Bring constructive challenge to prioritisation to balance customer and commercial value.
- Maintain a reporting suite and dashboards that track performance against key metrics.
- Ensure accurate, consistent event tracking and analytics frameworks.
- Lead post‑launch measurement, assessing adoption, customer impact and commercial performance.
- Run and prioritise the A/B and multivariate testing backlog.
- Design robust tests and turn results into clear, actionable product improvements.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights with UX partners.
- Share insights and performance stories clearly with senior leaders and product squads.
- Act as a trusted adviser across product teams, championing data‑driven decision‑making.
- Uphold strong tracking and data‑quality standards, identifying and fixing gaps.
- Continuously refine analytics processes for scalability, accuracy and efficiency.
About You – What you’ll bring to the role
- Demonstrable experience in a digital product, e-commerce or retail analytics role, translating data into commercial and customer-focused actions.
- Strong proficiency in web and app analytics, data visualisation and A/B testing methodologies, with the ability to interrogate large datasets confidently.
- Proven track record of building dashboards and reporting suites that drive decision-making at pace.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, resilient when priorities shift and able to challenge constructively to reach the best outcome.
- Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for a variety of audiences.
- Solid understanding of statistical principles and significance testing to ensure robust, trusted insights.
Desirable
- Experience within a pet care, retail or subscription-based business.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages and basic data modelling concepts.
- Knowledge of customer journey analytics, personalisation techniques and segmentation frameworks.
- Exposure to qualitative research methods and integrating qual and quant insights.
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Data Science.
