About the Role

At Pets at Home, we’re looking for a Senior Supplier Funded Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our supplier marketing strategy. This high-impact role bridges Trading, Marketing and Digital teams—driving aligned plans, optimising supplier investment and delivering best-in-class communications that benefit our customers, suppliers and business.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (Two to Three days per week in the office).

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing and growing strategic supplier relationships across all channels
• Driving marketing income, negotiating supplier packages and spotting new revenue opportunities
• Leading planning for seasonal campaigns, data-backed insights and Retail Media initiatives
• Uniting cross-functional teams around a single, powerful supplier strategy
• Leading and developing a high-performing team, shaping the future of supplier funding

 What You’ll Bring:

• Strong commercial and marketing experience—ideally in retail
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving income
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• A sharp, data-driven mindset and the ability to deliver at pace
• Inspiring leadership, with the ability to connect, align and develop others
