Location:  Hybrid role Handford Office /WFH
Reports to: Head of Subscriptions Trading 
Salary: £35-45k depending on experience

We’re looking for a Subscriptions Digital Operations Specialist to help drive the growth of our subscriptions business through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration, for someone who loves making things work better, faster and smarter.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor and optimise key performance and operational KPIs to enhance the subscriptions journey.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and trading teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver impactful site enhancements.
• Manage and triage technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights and documentation to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships across departments to support subscriptions performance and customer lifecycle improvements.
