Supply Chain Manager

Are you a data‑driven problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional supply chain performance? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in leading end‑to‑end supply planning and ensuring our products are available when our customers and their pets need them most.

In this role, you’ll be central to driving product availability, optimising inventory, strengthening supplier collaboration and ensuring smooth fulfilment flow. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage supply planning and replenishment for assigned categories to ensure availability aligns with demand.
• Balance stockholding, customer service and cost while controlling demand forecasts, ordering settings and stock parameters.
• Monitor promotional and seasonal activity, adjusting forecasts proactively.
• Support new product launches, range reviews and exit through accurate stock phasing and planning.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics teams and Distribution Centres to maintain a smooth inbound flow.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and work with partners to improve OTIF, fill rate and lead times.
• Proactively identify risks to service or stock health, escalating with clear recommendations.
• Use data, insight and structured problem‑solving to identify inefficiencies and test practical solutions.
• Improve packaging, shipment flow and operational processes to reduce friction and enhance service.
• Maintain data accuracy within planning systems and document standardised ways of working.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring actions, risks and trade‑offs are clearly communicated and understood.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Retail Operations and Logistics teams to align priorities and deliver shared objectives.
• Ensure end‑to‑end impacts are considered when making recommendations and driving improvements.
