Job Purpose
The role of Talent Attraction Marketing Advisor is to support Talent Acquisition and Partnerships with multi-channel attraction marketing campaigns across social, search engine marketing, job boards, LinkedIn, website, print, events, email to position Pets at Home and Vets for Pets as destination employers, enhance visibility of our brand in market, boost traffic to our website and drive quality applications and enquiries into our Talent Acquisition and Partnership recruitment teams.
The Talent Attraction Marketing Advisor will work closely with the TA Content Specialist, Talent Acquisition Leads, brand and comms teams as well as external third-party agencies to plan and execute channel plans (including paid media) and content to drive results. Collaborating with TA and Partnerships recruitment teams and stakeholders to identify key hiring priorities and diversity goals and align campaigns with specific job requisitions and talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of talent attraction campaign and channel management to position Pets at Home and Vets for Pets as a destination employer within the market through professional, tailored attraction marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Partnerships and TA to drive quality candidates/enquiries into our recruitment teams
- Create and update campaign landing pages to ensure all content and assets is correct and relevant to campaign KPI.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Systems Manager and third-party agencies to implement the relevant campaign tags to the careers websites and landing pages to enable accurate analytics reporting
- Work with third-party agencies to track performance and analyse paid media campaign reporting to inform future campaign activity.
- Analyse and interpret complex data to optimise future campaign activity and present updates to the business
- Utilise a variety of methods to gather insight and understanding of the market, the retail and veterinary industry, and our practice owner network and media trends to inform our campaign activity across Partnerships and TA
- Raise and manage purchase orders for marketing campaign related spend across Partnerships and Talent Acquisition spend
Personal attributes and experience:
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns with a methodical approach
- Experience writing copy for campaign assets/websites
- Experience analysing campaign performance data to improve results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to positively influence at all levels of an organisation, and to develop valued relationships with internal and external stakeholders
