At Pets at Home, we're on a mission to create the world's best pet care platform, connecting customers, colleagues, practices and services through innovative technology. We're looking for a Technology Business Partner to become the key link between Technology and our business teams, helping shape the future of pet care through strategic technology investment.

About the Role

In this highly visible role, you'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges, opportunities and priorities. You'll help translate business needs into clearly defined, outcome-led technology opportunities, ensuring every initiative is aligned to our strategic goals and delivers measurable value.

Working closely with Product, Business Analysis and Experience Design teams, you'll guide opportunities from initial discovery through to governance, helping stakeholders define success, build compelling value cases and make informed investment decisions. You'll be a skilled influencer who can challenge constructively, balance competing priorities and bring people together around a shared vision.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

About You

• Experience in a Technology Business Partner, Product, Consultancy or strategic IT role within a complex organisation
• A proven track record of translating business challenges into technology initiatives that deliver tangible outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of business case development, portfolio management and value realisation
• The confidence to navigate ambiguity, challenge thinking and manage changing priorities
• Ideally, experience within retail, e-commerce or customer-facing environments and familiarity with agile ways of working
