Are you passionate about quality assurance and driving successful project delivery? At Pets at Home, we're seeking a Test Manager to ensure the seamless execution of testing activities across our change portfolio.

About the Role

As a Test Manager, you'll define test strategies, coordinate testing efforts, manage defect resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Developing and managing test strategies, plans and execution across projects
  • Coordinating testing across multiple workstreams and interdependencies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define risk-based testing approaches and quality standards
  • Leading defect management, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
  • Providing hands-on testing support when needed and mentoring Business SMEs on testing principles

About You

  • Strong experience in test management and quality assurance
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Jira, QMetry)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
