Our Commercial Team plays a key role in delivering compelling and market‑leading customer experiences — and we’re now looking for a highly organised Trade Planning Administrator to help make that happen.
About the Role
As a Trade Planning Administrator, you’ll support the Trade Planning Manager in delivering promotional and trade activity across the business. You’ll help maintain the yearly trade plan, ensure accuracy across systems, track performance and support communication between Trading, Marketing and Retail.
This is a detail‑focused role where you’ll become a super‑user of our promotion management systems, helping to drive consistency, accuracy and compliance. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll play a key part in ensuring plans are aligned, deadlines are met and our commercial strategy is delivered smoothly.
This role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in our Handforth Support Office at least three days per week.
What you’ll do

Support administration of the annual Trade Plan and maintain it as a single, reliable source of truth.

Review internal systems to ensure alignment with the Trade Plan and highlight any issues.

Check for clashes across promotional activity and ensure alignment to Secondary Space principles.

Maintain RAG reporting so stakeholders have up‑to‑date visibility of progress.

Manage the end‑to‑end POS process — briefing, asset requests and validation.

Support in‑store communications and Secondary Space activity (e.g., Power Panels, Clip Strips, Sync).

Assist with promotional performance reporting and maintain forecasting documents.

Support the loading of promotional offers into data systems when required.

Take meeting notes, organise diaries and coordinate weekly Trade Planning meetings.

Manage updates to The Hive and CPA compliance.

Provide ad‑hoc administrative support, including presentation creation.

Deputise for the Trade Planning Manager when needed.

Good presentation skills.
Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in project management or familiarity with project tools.

Knowledge of Power Query or VBA.

Experience in Buying or Merchandising.
