With a large finance department and a supportive team around you, there’s plenty of room to learn, grow, and develop your career.

  • Provide support to the Property Finance Team to ensure efficient payments to Managing agents of our estate of over 450 properties.
  • Ensure the accurate entry of invoices and credit notes in the agreed SLA times to ensure vendors are paid on time.
  • Participate in projects to drive change and efficiencies, including automation of invoices, purchase ledger workshops.
  • Adhere to SLA’s set to ensure productivity is optimised and the best customer service is achieved.
  • Complete statement reconciliations and resolve reconciling items to ensure accounts are paid on time, preventing accounts from going on stop.

If you're someone who thrives in a flexible working environment and brings strong administrative and computer skills, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you prefer to work across 3 days or spread your 23.4 hours over 4, we’re open to how your schedule fits best within our core hours of 08:30–17:00. You’ll be comfortable using office-based systems, have a good telephone manner, and be familiar with Excel. An understanding of finance and SAP is a bonus, but not essential — we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

You’ll be confident managing your own workload, happy working independently, and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team. Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a friendly approach go a long way here. We’re proud of our welcoming office culture — and yes, dogs are very much part of the team too! If this sounds like the kind of environment where you’d thrive, we’d be excited to hear from you.

We take our inspiration from pets in embracing people from all walks of life, and we value, respect and celebrate difference. We encourage our people to be their best selves so that we can create a better world for Pets, our Planet, and People. Our ambition is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and we are intentional in addressing and removing barriers to create opportunities for the exceptional talent and potential in our communities.
