Right now, we are looking for a Technician to join our Grooming Equipment Teach Team at our Fulfilment Centre in Stafford.

The Role

Reporting to the Grooming Equipment Manager you will be responsible for the servicing, sharpening, tensioning to a various type of scissors and several types of clipper blades and other Grooming equipment used in Pets Grooming across the country. Alongside you will maintain accurate stock levels for parts and consumables to ensure we have a smooth process for repairing grooming items and raising any order requirements and to participate in stock take. Maintain the data of items within the Grooming Equipment Tech Team for reference for our customers and ensure that the appropriate work has been undertaken and that the items/Kit meets an acceptable working standard, recording accurate detail of jobs. You will support the Grooming Equipment Manager in training and development of team members in all core tasks including, but not limited to scissor sharpening, Blade sharpening, clipper maintenance, blaster, and dryer maintenance. You will support the Grooming Equipment Manager in the maintenance to ensure we are complaint and consistent with HSAW and HSE guidelines and you will undertake PAT test in accordance with guidelines to ensure all electrical items are safe to returns to our Groom Room salons.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing, sharpening, tensioning to a various type of scissors and several types of clipper blades and other Grooming equipment used in Pets Grooming
• Maintain accurate stock levels for parts and consumables.
• Raising any order requirements and to participate in stocktake.
• Support the Grooming Equipment Manager in the maintenance to ensure we are complaint and consistent with HSAW and HSE guidelines.
• Undertake PAT test in accordance with guidelines to ensure all electrical items are safe to returns to our Groom Room salons.
