Client Care Advisor – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

Are you a dedicated Client Care Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in a brand-new practice? We opened our state-of-the-art clinic in March 2025 and are looking for a passionate individual to join us on our journey.

Our modern, purpose-built surgery is located within one of our stores and has been designed to deliver both the highest clinical standards and a positive, supportive working environment.
Equipped with excellent facilities, our practice is driven by a friendly and committed team focused on providing outstanding care to our clients and their pets.

Location
Clacton-on-Sea is a vibrant seaside town on the Essex coast, offering a great mix of coastal charm and convenience. With sandy beaches, a lively town centre, and excellent transport links via the A133, A120, and M25, it’s an ideal location for both work and lifestyle.

The Role

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 1 in 2 Saturdays (rota basis)
• No out-of-hours required 

To support work-life balance, the week following your weekend shift includes an early finish at 4pm on Monday and 3pm for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and support patient care
• Act as a key link between clients and the clinical team
• Build strong relationships with clients, pets, and colleagues
• Manage bookings, payments, and general enquiries confidently
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our systems 

About You

• Friendly, professional, and approachable
• Passionate about client care and animal welfare
• Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using computer systems
• Empathetic and able to handle sensitive situations
• A team player who contributes to a positive practice culture
