Client Appointment Coordinator- Immediate start
If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at our Milton Keynes Vets for Pets practice.
What your typical day will look like
Your main focus will be to support the front of house team by handling routine appointment requests on the ‘phone. You will provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
You will greet each client in a friendly and professional way, manage pre-payments for treatment and make routine appointment bookings. Also, direct clients and queries to the relevant team in the practice.
Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.
The hours are Tuesday-Friday 8-5 (half an hour unpaid for lunch) and 8-2 pm on Saturday.

You have experience with receiving calls
You are calm, attentive and always focus on the clients’ and pets’ needs
You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
You contribute to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
You embrace change and are happy to provide new ideas for the team as appropriate.
You need to be able to commit to shift hours

The salary for this role is £12.75 per hour.
