Client Care Advisor

Selly Oak Vets for Pets values its staff as much as its patients, and we’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic individual to join us as Part-Time Client Care Advisor. 

What your typical day will look like:

• Provide exceptional service to clients and the best possible care to their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team to ensure a positive and trusting experience.
• Deliver outstanding client service during visits, ensuring clients leave feeling valued and confident, and look forward to their next appointment.
• Greet clients warmly, offer support and guidance, and manage payments and future bookings efficiently.
• Coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day practice routines using our online booking system; strong computer literacy is essential

This is a Part-Time role working between 25 to 30 hour per week.  

The attributes required:

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care role is preferred.
• Be the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• Provide guidance and support to clients by staying fully up to date with all practice services and additional offerings.
• Maintain a calm, attentive approach, always focusing on the clients’ needs.
• Bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, combining a passion for exceptional service with a love of pets.
• Handle a variety of situations with professionalism—from comforting a client receiving difficult news to celebrating the excitement of a puppy’s first visit.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere, creating a positive experience for clients alongside your colleague
