Client Care Advisor

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our practice, where you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding care to our clients and their pets. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team who are passionate about animal welfare and committed to providing the best possible service

What your typical day will look like:

• Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and outstanding care to their pets, acting as the key link between clients and the clinical team.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team will be essential to your success in this role.
• By providing an excellent client experience throughout each visit, you will ensure complete satisfaction and encourage clients to look forward to returning to the practice.
• You will warmly welcome every client, offer expert guidance and support, while confidently managing payments, bookings, and day-to-day coordination through our online scheduling system—so solid computer literacy is essential.
• You will work closely and communicate effectively within a supportive team consisting of two other Receptionists, a Practice Manager, a VCA, an RVN, and a Clinical Lead

This role is a Part Time Role working every Tuesday & Wednesday (1pm-7pm) with 2 in 4 Saturdays (8:30am-1pm)

• You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• You can provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
• You are calm, attentive and always focus on the clients’ needs.
• You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
• You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
• Your personality is infectious and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
