At Central Kidderminster Vets for Pets, we value our people just as much as our patients. We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic individual to join us as a part-time Client Care Advisor.
What your typical day will look like:
- Providing outstanding service to clients while ensuring their pets receive the very best care, acting as an essential link between clients and the clinical team.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the wider practice team.7
- Ensuring every client visit is a positive experience so they leave feeling valued, reassured, and happy to return.7
- Offering a warm welcome, providing guidance and support, and handling payments and future bookings with efficiency and care.7
- Coordinating the smooth daily flow of the practice using our online booking system—strong computer skills are essential.
This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
The attributes required:
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care environment is preferred.
- Someone who can be the warm, friendly face that greets clients and their pets on arrival.
- A proactive individual who can confidently guide clients by staying fully informed about all practice services and offerings.
- A calm, attentive approach, always focused on meeting each client’s needs.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service—along with a love for animals.
- The ability to handle a range of situations with professionalism, from supporting clients during difficult moments to celebrating the joy of a puppy’s first visit.
- A team player who contributes to a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.
