We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Client Services & Insurance Coordinator to join our team during an exciting period of growth and development within the hospital.

This is a varied and rewarding role ideally suited to someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently balance administration, communication, and client support responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing direct and indirect insurance claims
  • Liaising with insurance companies and clients regarding claims and supporting documentation
  • Supporting reception and client care teams when additional cover is required

  • Works well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Is confident handling sensitive conversations professionally
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous veterinary, insurance, medical, healthcare, or customer service experience would be advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important

What We Offer

  • A warm, supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to work within a busy and progressive 24-hour hospital
  • Structured support and training
  • Exposure to a varied and rewarding role
  • Staff wellbeing support and colleague benefits
  • A culture built around compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement

At Vets4Pets Basildon, we are passionate about creating an environment where both our patients and colleagues can thrive. If you are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a caring and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
