WONDERFULLY EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

I am looking for a full-time Head veterinary surgeon to join my incredible team.  The successful candidate will lead a team of 5 wonderful vets.  I am looking for a forward-thinking, passionate and experienced veterinary surgeon who is ready to take the next step in their professional career.  

The role requires a keen determination to provide excellent patient care whilst supporting other members of the veterinary team to fulfil their full potential.  The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the other veterinary surgeons and ensuring the practice embraces and pursues the highest levels of clinical excellence.

I am proud to lead a team of 50 exceptional individuals across two practices, all of them are passionate about patient and client care as well as their own personal growth and development.

The full-time position is 40 hours per week with 1 in 5 weekends (Saturdays) worked but part-time/flexible working patterns would also be available.

The practice is busy with a very varied case load.  I have the usual toys (digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy etc) and encourage individuals to pursue further study/qualifications.

I am keen to offer flexible working patterns and the team have a fabulous work life balance.  

Usual benefits available (private healthcare, bonus scheme, 6 weeks hols (pro-rata), day off for birthday) I also pay all team members overtime and all breaks are paid!!

Salary £65-75K DOE
