Your focus will be on creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, engaged, and accountable, allowing our clinical teams to focus on providing the highest standards of veterinary care.

You'll work closely with the Practice Owners and Clinical Director to ensure consistency across all sites, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and help shape the future direction of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of three veterinary practices
  • Create and foster a positive, high-performing culture built on shared responsibility and accountability
  • Manage all non-clinical people matters, including HR processes, performance management, absence management, recruitment, onboarding and colleague development

  • Drive practice growth through local initiatives, client engagement and commercial opportunities
  • Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and sustainability
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and effectively
  • Maintain strong communication across all three sites to ensure consistency and collaboration
