Practice Manager - Leyland Vets4Pets
Leyland Vets4Pets is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated team on a fixed term basis (18 months)
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client and patient care while driving the commercial success of the practice. Working closely with the clinical and support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and creating a positive working environment for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, inspiring and developing the practice team
- Managing day-to-day operational activities
- Monitoring practice performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Supporting colleague engagement, wellbeing and development
- Delivering excellent customer service standards
- Managing rotas, resource planning and operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and clinical standards
About You
We're looking for an experienced manager who:
- Has a proven track record of leading and developing successful teams
- Is confident managing performance and driving resultsPossesses excellent communication and organisational skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a strong focus on customer service and team engagement
- Experience within a veterinary, healthcare or retail environment would be advantageous, although not essential

- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
