As our practice continues to evolve, we are looking to welcome both a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) and a Head Veterinary Nurse (HVN) to join our talented team at Hayling Island Vets for Pets.

About Us

Our practice is locally and independently run, supported by a passionate and friendly team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client service within the local community.

At our practice, our particular interests are ophthalmology, internal medicine, dentistry and surgery (soft tissue and orthopaedic).

We are committed to investing into our practice and bringing the very best care to our patients. We have just purchased a new ultrasound machine with an Echo Doppler and are in the process of purchasing a dental X-ray machine.

We're proud of the collaborative culture we've created, where every colleague is encouraged to share ideas, develop their skills, and play an active role in shaping the future of the practice.

Our team currently consists of:

• 2.5 FTE Veterinary Surgeons
• 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses
• 1 Student Veterinary Nurse
• 5 Non-Clinical Colleagues

Head Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We're looking for a confident and motivated nurse who enjoys leading by example and supporting the development of others.

We'd love to hear from:

• Current Head Nurses looking for a new opportunity
• Experienced RVNs ready to take the next step in their career
• Nurses with Clinical Coach experience, although this is not essential as support can be provided

The successful candidate will work alongside the wider practice leadership team to help drive clinical excellence, support nurse development, and continue building the positive culture we're known for.

Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 FTE, dependent on experience

Registered Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We're also seeking a caring and enthusiastic RVN who enjoys all aspects of nursing and thrives in a collaborative environment where patient care comes first.

Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, you'll be joining a supportive team that is passionate about sharing knowledge, developing skills, and delivering the very best care to patients and clients alike.

Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 FTE, dependent on experience
