“Great beaches. Great food. Great walks. Great lifestyle.”

Are you a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to work in a cutting-edge practice at the forefront of veterinary care? Join our team on the beautiful island of Guernsey, where you can enjoy a slower pace of life, stunning beaches, exciting water sports, and the convenience of France just a short trip away.

We offer a supportive, forward-thinking environment where your skills will be valued, and your professional growth encouraged.

Vets for Pets Guernsey is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team on a full-time basis. The position also includes a 1 in 4 weekend rota and one night on call a week.

Vets for Pets began its journey on the island of Guernsey in 2001, and since opening our first surgery in 2004, we have grown into a modern, purpose-built veterinary practice that truly puts pets first. In 2015, we moved to larger, state-of-the-art premises, allowing us to combine cutting-edge technology with a compassionate, personal approach to care. Our team works with an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, CT scanner, colour Doppler ultrasound, and advanced tools for endoscopy, arthroscopy, and laparoscopy. We provide specialised facilities including separate cat and dog wards, an isolation unit, intensive care, and two operating theatres, one for orthopaedics and one for soft tissue and minimally invasive surgery.

At Vets for Pets, learning and growth are at the heart of what we do. As an approved training practice, we encourage our team to expand their skills, embrace new challenges, and develop their careers while delivering exceptional care to our patients.

We are now looking for a veterinary nurse who shares our passion for animal welfare and excellent customer service. You will join a friendly, skilled, and dedicated team, where every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference. Whether assisting with advanced procedures or supporting our clients, your work will be valued and impactful.

If you are enthusiastic, compassionate, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your contribution truly matters, this is the place for you. At Vets for Pets, you will not only be part of a team—you will be part of a family, committed to giving pets the very best care.

The practice has a family feel and a real presence in the community. To find out more about the team, please visit: https://www.vets4pets.com/practices/vets4pets-guernsey-st-martins/
