Description: 

We are looking for an experienced, confident RVN with a passion for small animal practice to expand and enhance our fantastic team at Oadby Vets for Pets. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, tailored and affordable treatment to every patient with no set protocols to follow or targets to hit. 

  • SALARY £29-£33k DOE
  • 40 HRS A WEEK, 1:4 SAT WITH TIME OFF IN LIEU

Job requirements:

  • Confident in all aspects of first opinion small animal practice
  • Clinical Coach status or willingness to become one
  • Genuine love of the profession (warts and all) and the ability to deal with its highs and lows
  • Treat all pets like they are your own; kisses and cuddles are given as standard
  • Gets stuck in, thrives on those really busy days but doesn’t cut corners
  • Enjoys meeting clients (even the challenging ones!), building relationships with them and getting to know them and their pets
  • Kind, honest and trustworthy and willing to be an integral part of our team

Salary package: 

  • Sustainable and flexible rota promoting a healthy work-life balance. Option to work 5 x 8hr shifts or 4 x 10 hours shifts
  • Birthday leave, 5.6 weeks annual leave incl bank holidays as standard rising to 6.6 weeks incl bank holidays after 2 years’ service.
