An exciting opportunity has arisen at Worthing Vets for Pets for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming team.

The practice is locally run by Eimear and Mariana (Practice Owners and veterinary surgeons), alongside a fantastic team of 4 vets, 6 qualified nurses, and a highly experienced reception team. This strong and supportive structure provides an excellent environment for the right candidate to thrive.

In this role, you will be able to utilise your nursing skills to their full potential. Responsibilities will include admitting patients, monitoring anaesthesia, supporting patient recovery, and carrying out discharges. You will be supported by the team of Veterinary Nurses, particularly with theatre preparation and turnaround.

To be considered for this position, you will have solid general nursing experience, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic approach, along with a genuine passion for animal welfare.

This is a part-time role, working up to 2.5 days per week (although this may be flexible for the right candidate), and 1 in 6 Saturdays.
