We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity available for 12 months in Weymouth Vets for Pets, ideally starting in December 2027. 

RVN required to join our fun and progressive nursing team (9 RVNs, 1 SVNs). Our experienced, friendly and supportive team includes 5 vets, a team of 3 full time receptionists plus a Practice Manager.

Our practice is fully equipped with all the latest equipment including digital x-ray, portable ultrasound, endoscope, Vet Air dental machine, multi parameter, microscope, Idexx in-house laboratory, Tonometry & IM3 dental radiography unit. We are also very excited about our new K-Laser machine that we are working with.

As an RCVS Nurse Training accredited practice, we strive to provide the best level of patient care and client service that we can. We support each other with regular clinical and non-clinical meetings to continuously improve clinical standards and promote team well-being, as well as offering the support to fund certificates, promoting progression in the role. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who can offer exceptional patient care and customer service. We are willing to discuss a full time or part time position.

The rota includes 1:3 Saturdays and no OOH/on call. Salary £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
