Senior Client Care Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly team at Vets4Pets Guildford! This is a key front-of-house role within our busy practice, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional client care.

About the Role:

• Full time, 40 hours per week (some flexibility available)
• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
• Processing payments and insurance claims
• Banking and cashing up
• Dealing with outstanding debt
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the day
• Handling challenging or emotional situations calmly and compassionately

About You:

• Previous veterinary reception experience is recommended but not essential
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills
• A genuine passion for animals and their people
