We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Senior RVN to play an important role in this journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive nurse who enjoys working as part of a strong team, contributes positively to those around them, and takes pride in high standards of care.

Our Practice Owners

Our leadership team brings extensive clinical and business experience, with a strong focus on excellence and development:

  • Lead by example in delivering excellent clinical and patient care
  • Support efficient workflows and contribute to improving practice processes
  • Champion nurse-led clinics (e.g. osteoarthritis, weight management)
  • Support the training and development of RVNs and VCAs
  • Contribute to audits, team initiatives, and continuous improvement
  • Take an active role in developing your own clinical interests

About You

  • Be confident in your clinical nursing skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care
  • Be passionate about animal welfare and high clinical standards
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting those around you
  • Be organised, proactive, and motivated to take on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead by example through professionalism, attitude, and work ethic

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Paid professional memberships (RCVS, BVNA, VDS
  • Exclusive company and high street discounts, including 20% off Pets at Home
