We’re looking for a driven, passionate Student Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team on a full-time (40 hours) apprenticeship, working towards your RVN qualification via a College Diploma.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-time role – 40 hours per week
  • 1 day per week at college
  • The rest of your week gaining hands-on clinical experience in practice
  • Exposure across theatre, inpatient care, consults, lab work & more

Who This Role Is For

This is not an entry-level role; we’re looking for candidates already committed to the SVN pathway:

You already have a college place and need a practice or, you’re currently enrolled and looking to transfer practices

You’ll also have:

  • Previous experience within a veterinary setting
  • Animal management qualifications (or similar)
  • A clear understanding of the SVN role and career journey

Salary:

£8.00 per hour (Year 1 apprenticeship rate)

Increasing to National Minimum/National Living Wage (age dependent) after Year 1 (19+)
