We’re looking for:

• A warm, enthusiastic, customer focused person to join our friendly practice.
• Previous customer service experience (reception experience a bonus!)
• Someone who can stay calm and organised even on the busy days
• You’ll be part of a supportive, down to earth team where every day is different — and you’ll never be bored!

This is a part time role and will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Giving every client and their pet a warm, reassuring welcome
• Managing appointments with accuracy, efficiency, and compassion
• Keeping our reception looking professional, tidy, and inviting
• Handling phone calls and emails with confidence and kindness
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
• Processing payments smoothly and accurately
• Delivering outstanding customer care at every touchpoint
