Are you an Experienced Vet looking for a new leadership challenge?
Are you looking for a practice where you can help build and lead a team to provide outstanding care? A practice you can grow in yourself and your own capabilities whilst shaping and developing the junior team members? A practice locally owned by an experienced RVN who is looking for a vet to assist in shaping the team and protocols to be the best possible. Have a speciality that you are looking for somewhere to grow it? - we have the somewhere!
We are looking for a passionate, experienced vet who wants to build their own leadership skills and who is driven by the love of animals, just like the rest of our fantastic team. A team of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA and 4 CCA's (reception team). We are based in beautiful Northamptonshire which is a short drive from the wonderful outdoor countryside spaces, lots of local amenities and train station with direct train access to London and beyond.
Nancy, the Practice Owner, celebrates an incredible 10 years with the practice this year and took on the exciting new role of owner in July. This is a thrilling time to join the team, as Nancy is not only growing the practice but also leading it through an upcoming relaunch and rebrand. With plans to extend in the near future, the practice is entering a dynamic new chapter, making it the perfect opportunity to become part of its journey and contribute to its continued success.
We’re generous with our CPD offering, which colleagues are actively encouraged to use to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing. So, if you want to pursue a post graduate qualification or certificate, we’re happy to help support that.
Our practice provides excellent facilities giving you access to all the equipment and space you need to care for your patients.
Ideally looking for full time hours, but happy to work with you to find a pattern that works for both of us. Currently the weekend rota is 1 in 3 Saturdays with limited cover to keep it fair for everyone. There will be an element of sole charge but no OOH’s responsibility.
