Our days are well structured, and we normally have 3 vets on each day with designated operating vets and consulting vets. The days are broken up into morning and afternoon blocks with consults given 15 minutes as standard and with catch ups and lunch factored in throughout the day.

The operating vet does their own admits and then solely surgery for the day with time factored in afterwards to write notes and catch up on admin.
