Veterinary Surgeon - full or part time - supportive team - varied caseload

The practice is based inside Pets at Home on the busy Goldstone Retail Park giving the team great exposure to new and varied clients. The location of the practice also benefits from being just a short distance from Brighton and within easy reach of direct train lines into central London.

The team see a real mix of clients and most of their clients are insured allowing cases to be worked up to a high standard. The bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment.

This role would suit an experienced vet who has great communication skills and is looking to work with a positive and passionate team. We are looking for a minimum of 3 years’ experience and you will need to be confident with all routine surgical and medical cases.

By joining our supportive team, you will be part of a team of 3 vets, 5 nurses, 2 receptionists and practice manager. The whole team is dedicated to providing a superb standard of client and animal care. This role plays a key part within a small, friendly team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and a good team player.

We are open to full or part-time candidates with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota and time off in lieu during the week. There is no OOH.

• Salary up to £70,000 (dependant on experience)
