Veterinary Surgeon - real progression / ownership opportunities

Cat loving experienced Veterinary Surgeon required on a full time basis because Australia has seduced our current one. Pay depending on experience, from £60,000 (FTE, DOE) 

• This position is ideally full time but can consider part time from 2 days per week and then 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am till 1pm) however there is flexibility in this so please do speak with us and we can look at options
• Our practice is well established, and we believe in working together to provide the best care possible in a supportive, friendly environment

• We are keen to attract someone with an interest in future partnership and career progression
• We are a progressive practice and are always happy to look at new ways to grow including us getting the first ever HT Vista in Northern Ireland, so if you have a special interest, we can support you
• Due to one of our vets relocating, we are looking for a new vet to join us ideally in December
• No Sundays or OOH

We’re a small friendly team led by Anna who opened the practice in 2015. Our ethos is a family feeling, fear free practice and we are keen to attract someone looking to put down roots and grow with us in the coming years..

The purpose-built practice stands alone on Longstone Street with it’s own onsite parking and boasting Idexx in house lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound and 4 consult rooms, of which you can have your very own.

Lisburn Longstone is ideally located just 10 minutes from Belfast, the coast and the mountains. We are just 25 minutes away from both airports and would be the perfect location for someone looking to relocate with their family; with a relocation package also available to the right candidate.

Your skills and experience
We’re looking for an empathetic vet with solid experience and good general surgical and medical skills. In return for helping us develop the practice, you can look forward to plenty of opportunities for training and CPD, including funding towards a certificate if desired.
