A brand-new, purpose-built Vets for Pets practice are opening in Linlithgow, and we're looking for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join us on this exciting journey.

Our Practice Owner is a proud local who grew up in Linlithgow and has been an active member of the community for many years. Having established strong roots in the town, they are now excited to create a true "village feel" veterinary practice dedicated to caring for the people and pets of the community they call home.

The Practice
Our new surgery has been thoughtfully designed with both pets and people in mind. Light, spacious, and fully equipped, you'll have access to modern facilities that enable you to provide outstanding patient care, including:
- Modern consultation rooms
- Separate dog and cat wards
- In-house laboratory
- Ultrasound
- Digital x-ray
- Dental x-ray
- Comfortable staff facilities and separate rest area
- Flexible diary management to support clinical excellence and work-life balance
As a newly established practice, we also have the flexibility to shape working patterns around the needs of our team. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, we'll work with you to create a schedule that supports both your professional and personal commitments.
About You
We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is:
- RCVS registered
- Confident in first-opinion medicine and surgery, with competence in routine dentistry
- Interested in surgery and dentistry (additional enthusiasm in these areas would be welcomed)
- Personable, proactive, and a genuine team player
- Committed to delivering outstanding patient and client care
- Excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a new practice
- Keen to continue developing professionally, with CPD fully encouraged and supported
