Client Care Advisor – Join Our Brand-New Practice in Stockbridge!

Are you a dedicated Client Care Advisor looking for an exciting new challenge?

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art practice in February 2026 — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring professional to join us on this journey!

Our brand-new surgery, located inside one of our stores in the heart of Stockbridge, has been purpose-built to provide not only the highest clinical standards but also a modern, welcoming workspace for our entire team.

We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative, supportive, and positive environment where every team member is valued and encouraged to thrive.

Join us and be part of something special from the very beginning!

What your typical day will look like:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and the highest standard of care to their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team to ensure a positive experience at every visit.
  • Deliver outstanding client service throughout each interaction, ensuring clients feel valued, informed, and confident in the care their pets receive.
  • Greet clients warmly, offer support and guidance, process payments accurately, and efficiently manage future bookings.
  • Coordinate the smooth running of daily practice operations using our online booking system, demonstrating strong computer literacy and attention to detail.

We’re open Monday to Saturday — weekdays 9am–6pm and Saturdays 9am–1pm (on a rota).
We have two part-time roles available, each between 25–30 hours per week.
If you’re looking for flexible hours and a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

The attributes required:

  • Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care role is preferred.
  • Act as the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets upon arrival at the practice.
  • Provide clear guidance and support by maintaining a thorough knowledge of all practice services and additional offerings.
  • Demonstrate a calm, attentive approach, consistently focusing on clients’ needs and providing reassurance when required.
  • Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service and pet care.
  • Handle a variety of situations with professionalism and empathy—from comforting clients during difficult moments to sharing in the joy of a pet’s first visit.
  • Contribute to a warm, supportive, and team-oriented environment, helping to create a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

In short, you like to be busy, enjoy helping people and their pets and always endeavour to make a difference.
