What your typical day will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and our clinical team.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues—an essential part of your success in this role.
  • Providing a warm, professional experience during every visit, ensuring clients leave fully satisfied and confident in the service they have received.
  • Welcoming each client, offering guidance and support, and confidently managing payments and follow-up bookings.
  • Helping to coordinate the smooth daily running of the practice using our online booking system—so strong computer skills are essential.

This is a Part Time role averaging 16 hours per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am till 1pm).

  • You’re resilient and adaptable—whether you’re comforting a client after difficult news or celebrating the excitement of a puppy’s first visit.
  • Your positive, engaging personality helps create a friendly and inviting atmosphere alongside your colleagues.
