Why join us?

We’re proud of the culture we’ve built.

We’re a supportive, collaborative team who genuinely enjoy working together. We don’t believe in hierarchy or unnecessary pressure—we believe in helping each other and creating an environment where everyone feels valued.

Our clients know us as a friendly, welcoming practice, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

We also offer:

  • Protected lunch break every day (the practice closes for one hour)
  • A supportive and experienced team
  • Opportunities for training and development
  • A genuinely flexible and understanding employer
  • Dogs are welcome at work
  • Easy parking
  • A practice on the edge of the Peak District with excellent links to the M1 and East Midlands Airport
